The removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a crucial step in the operation of biogas projects. H? S not only has high toxicity and foul odor, but also causes serious corrosion to subsequent generator sets, boilers, and pipelines. The sulfur dioxide produced after combustion also pollutes the environment. By delving into the process details of biological desulfurization, we will discover that it is a microscopic journey that combines sophisticated biochemical reactions with fluid mechanics. The entire process is not simply filtration, but a dynamic circulation system that mainly includes three core stages: absorption, oxidation regeneration, and sulfur separation.
是吸收階段。含有硫化氫的沼氣從生物脫硫塔的底部進(jìn)入,穿過(guò)特制的填料層。與此同時(shí),含有脫硫微生物的循環(huán)吸收液(通常為弱堿性溶液)從塔頂噴淋而下。在填料層巨大的比表面積上,氣液兩相充分接觸。HS氣體迅速溶解于液相中,并與堿液反應(yīng)生成氫硫化物(HS?)。這一過(guò)程利用了H?S酸性氣體的特性,將其從氣相“抓取”到了液相中,凈化后的沼氣則從塔頂排出。

It is the absorption stage. Biogas containing hydrogen sulfide enters from the bottom of the biological desulfurization tower and passes through a specially designed packing layer. At the same time, a circulating absorption solution containing desulfurization microorganisms (usually a weak alkaline solution) is sprayed down from the top of the tower. On the huge specific surface area of the packing layer, the gas-liquid phase is in full contact. HS gas rapidly dissolves in the liquid phase and reacts with alkaline solution to generate hydrogen sulfide (HS?). This process utilizes the characteristics of H-S acidic gas to "capture" it from the gas phase to the liquid phase, and the purified biogas is discharged from the top of the tower.

The next step is the crucial oxidation regeneration stage. The rich solution that absorbs sulfides flows into the regeneration tank (bioreactor). Here, the system injects oxygen into the liquid through an aeration device and maintains a suitable temperature (usually between 30 ℃ -35 ℃) and pH value. Sulfur bacteria that are dormant or attached to fillers are "awakened" and metabolize using sulfides as electron donors and oxygen as electron acceptors. In a microaerophilic environment, sulfur bacteria oxidize sulfides into elemental sulfur (S?) while releasing hydroxide ions, restoring the alkalinity of the absorption solution and regaining its ability to absorb HS. This process not only removes pollutants, but also achieves self regeneration of the absorbent.
是硫分離階段。含有單質(zhì)硫顆粒的液體進(jìn)入沉淀池或旋流分離器。由于單質(zhì)硫的比重較大,它們會(huì)沉降到底部形成硫泥,通過(guò)排泥泵排出系統(tǒng),經(jīng)脫水后成為硫膏。上清液則回流至貧液池,再次被泵送至脫硫塔頂部循環(huán)使用。
It is the sulfur separation stage. The liquid containing elemental sulfur particles enters the sedimentation tank or cyclone separator. Due to the high specific gravity of elemental sulfur, it will settle to the bottom to form sulfur sludge, which is discharged from the system through a sludge pump and dehydrated to become sulfur paste. The supernatant flows back to the lean solution tank and is pumped again to the top of the desulfurization tower for recycling.
整個(gè)工藝流程通過(guò)PLC系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化控制,在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)pH值、氧化還原電位(ORP)和溶解氧(DO),確保微生物始終處于非常佳活性狀態(tài)。這種高度集成的生物工藝,不僅解決了傳統(tǒng)化學(xué)脫硫的危廢處理難題,更以出彩低的運(yùn)行成本(每立方米沼氣脫硫成本可控制在幾分錢(qián)),為沼氣工程的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)保障。
The entire process is fully automated through a PLC system, with online monitoring of pH value, oxidation-reduction potential (ORP), and dissolved oxygen (DO) to ensure that microorganisms are always in optimal activity. This highly integrated biological process not only solves the problem of hazardous waste treatment in traditional chemical desulfurization, but also provides a solid guarantee for the long-term stable operation of biogas projects with extremely low operating costs (the desulfurization cost per cubic meter of biogas can be controlled at a few cents).
